Lucy Quiñones, born in Medellin Colombia is a Businesswoman of one of the most highly recognized Real Estate Franchise in the World, Century 21, with more than 8,000 agents and 70 offices. She started her career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the city of Cape Coral, in the South West Florida Region, in 1999.
Her personal and business misión to serve the Hispanic and Anglo community with excellence, diligence, and integrity launched her to be recognized as the Business Woman of the Year in 2000 by the SW Florida Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce.
As founder of the first Hispanic/American Real EstateTeam of Agents “The Lucy Quiñones & Company Team” in the year 2002 she accompllished the disnguished Century 21 “Centurion Award” for a sales volumen of 5.1 Million Dollars at the closing of that same year.
In 2003 “The Lucy Quiñones & Company Team registered a sales volumen of 11.2 Million Dollars; once again winning the elite Century 21 “Centurion Award, with just seven members on the team.
Her Go-Geer spirit and influencial teamwork ability granted her the privilege of becoming President of the SW Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commercec in 2003.
In 2004 Lucy Quinones and her current Broker Joe Interbartolo oponed the Doors of Century 21 Birchwood Internaonal. A company which has become the cornerstone mass training and professinal development of Real Estate Professionals in the tri-county area of Lee Collier and Charloe Counes.
In 2005 she was selected to be the Spokesperson for the Century 21 Franchise’ “Camino A Casa con Century 21” segments.. The 12 week segments were seen throughout North America, Lan American and the Caribbean on the morning Show “De Mañanita” on NBC Universal’s Telemundo Internaonal
New Years day of 2006 commenced “Real con Lucy Quiñones” the first and only Real Estate televisión program geared towards informing and educang the public at large on all topics of selling, buying, and invesng. Viewers of all social-economic levels through out SW Florida tuned in each week to watch their host Lucy Quinones and her guests.
Innovaon being her best commercial asset, Lucy Quinones iniated the Century 21 Birchwood Internaonal’s Training Center call “Career Development Center”. As a trainer she taught to both Hispanic and Anglo students the ropes on how to succeed in Real Estate. In 2006 when the air of a changing market surfaced, she began her Monthly Movaonal Conferences to upli the spirits of her agents and other community affiliates.
Amid a falling market in 2007 she iniated a “Unique Rental System” and Property Management Division where full service property Management is provided to property owners.
Cerfied as a Professional Residenal Manager in 2008.
She is a trainer, motivational, inspirational speaker, and “Business Coach”. She has traveled to New York, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Boston, and Colombia to speak and represent SW Florida living and investment opportunities.
Of all her accomplishments her most rewarding is to be the mother of twins Brian & Brianna, and to be married to her Building Contractor husband Rey Quiñones for over 30 years.
